• Insurance: disability, life, health, and ERISA; directors & officers; duty to defend; homeowners & auto; inter-insurance company disputes; and, all tort cases with any kind of underlying insurance coverage dispute
• Personal Injury: serious injuries; wrongful death; section 1983 claims; products liability
• Professional Liability: legal; insurance brokers; medical; dental
• Real Property: buy-sell disputes; general contractor-subcontractor disputes; habitability and mobile home park cases 
• Emotionally Charged Disputes: cases involving a unique or challenging personality issue or volatile emotional component
